How to find your G spot
The G spot area is generally about 2 to 3 inches up inside the vagina, on the top, interior upper wall. Keep in mind that not every woman has found that they have a special area they can identify. For those that have, it's subtle. The area feels kind of like it has rough ridges on it. To find your g-spot, lie on your back or squat. Slowly insert your middle finger inside crooking it forward in a “come hither” motion (use some lubricant if you’re feeling dry). When you reach about the second knuckle of your finger you should feel a slightly bumpy or ridged area on the upper interior wall of your vagina, noticeably different from the typically smooth texture of the surrounding vaginal walls. During arousal, it can expand. (In fact, for this reason, it can be easier to find if you’re already aroused.) The G spot responds to pressure, so press down and pull forward using that “come hither” motion with your fingers. A vibrator that’s specifically designed to stimulate the G spot area can be helpful in locating this spot, such as the Natural Contours® LIBERTÉ™. |
